Personalized Items
Because each item is custom-made for you, personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless there's a quality issue or production error on our end.
Please double-check your spelling, names and dates before placing your order — we'll engrave/print exactly what you submit.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email hello@foreveryours.store within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, production may have already started and we won't be able to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
