Because every gift is personalized, each item is made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.
Shipping Methods & Times
- US Standard: 3–5 business days after production
- US Express: 1–2 business days after production
- International Standard: 7–14 business days
- International Express: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs
US orders over $59 ship free with standard shipping. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track on our Track Order page using your order number.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties charged by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
